Privacy Policy — RoNZ Furniture Hospital

What we collect

• Details you send us: enquiry form, email, phone, or shop order (for example name, contact details, delivery address, and your message).
• Website use: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions such as sending the contact form or using the shop. We use Google Analytics 4 for this. Google places a cookie on your device (including _ga) and processes that data on its systems. Why we collect it
To answer enquiries, complete orders, improve the website, and understand which pages are useful.

Who we share it with
Google (Analytics and, if you found us via Google Search, Search Console). Website World hosts the site. Payment and courier providers receive what they need for a shop order. We do not sell your information.

Your choices
You can use the site without sending the form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Analytics. To see or correct personal details we hold about you, email ron@ronz.co.nz.

How long we keep it
Enquiry and order records for as long as needed to do the work and keep normal business records. Analytics reports are kept in Google Analytics according to that account’s retention setting.
