Your family heirlooms are of special importance to you, we tend them with the greatest care and artisanal skill. We restore and repair chairs, tables, and other solid wood furniture. If your furniture or other wooden items need attention, from simple breaks or loose joints to the extensive restoration of your family heirlooms, we can return your furniture to full functionality and beauty. Our aim is to return to you your furniture looking as if it's been carefully tended its entire life.
We can create to your specifications: tables, beds, kitchen, living, and bedroom furniture and furnishings. We will work with you, your architect, or designer, to construct whatever you desire from solid wood. Ron's favourite styles are NZ and US Colonial, Scandinavian, and Asian furniture; but he can work in a wide range of styles and techniques. Timbers include recovered NZ native timbers (recycled from buildings or dredged up from a swamp), as well as sustainably grown timber from NZ, and from around the world.
