With no room in the house, this table sat under an apple tree for 5 years

A farmer's sideboard stood in sheep stuff for 2 or 3 decades . . .

. . . rotting 45mm off the rear legs. Water dripping eroded and textured the top. The hardware was damaged.
Now restored and refinished, it takes pride of place in the dining room.

Cleaned up and recoated with UV resistant Tung oil
This sad little table had several breaks and damaged finish.
Some new turnings and cleaned up with new stain and finish.
Essential oil spilled unnoticed onto the doily, eating into the 2-pot finish.
The top was stripped, stained and finished in durable Tung oil.
