This bowl is made from Acacia planted as farm shelter in the Tararua district. The tree blew down in a storm. It contains blue resin, whilst clear resin has been used in the rim, adding colour and filling natural voids while keeping the bowl practical for everyday use.
Finish: Hand finished with Tung oil and Wax.
