Description:
This bowl is made from Holly from a tree in our front lawn in Dannevirke, planted about 90 years ago. It is a classic open bowl shape, in pale golden timber. Light and dark blue resin have been used to stabilise a knot and fill fine cracks, leaving slender blue lines across the interior and rim.
A simple, usable bowl with a little extra colour in the grain.
Finish: Hand finished with Tung oil and Wax.
