This is a rough-sawn Macrocarpa slab, milled in 2007 and kept dry since then, so it is ready to start a project. A slimmer slab than some of the others.
A cluster of knots shows where branches left the trunk, with a larger knot lower down the board.
Suitable for a smaller table, bench, shelf or other interior top once flattened and finished.
Finish: Sold rough-sawn. Can be flattened, sanded and finished in Tung oil and wax if required.
Care: Keep under cover until you work it. Once finished, see care instructions at the top of the main Shop page.
