This bowl is made from a red oak tree that came off a residential section in Havelock North. The timber has a warm reddish-pink colour that sets it apart from white oak. A natural void has been left in the side of the bowl, adding character while still leaving it strong enough for functional use.
Finish: Hand finished with Tung oil and Wax.
